Symptomatic Nephroptosis (SN) Causes the Loin Pain and Haematuria Syndrome (LPHS)  by Ahmed N Ghanem in  Crimson Publishers: Open access journal of surgery impact factor The objective of this letter is to report recent advances on the diagnosis and therapy of the loin pain hematuria syndrome (LPHS). The patho-aetiological link of LPHS with symptomatic nephroptosis (SN) is a novel discovery of the 21 st  century that was first preliminary reported in 2002 [1]. The link was confirmed in 2016 in an article that précised the exact pathoaetiology of LPHS; ischemic nephritis and sympathetic neuropathy of SN. It also advanced a 100% curative therapy for LPHS namely; the renal sympathetic denervation and nephropexy (RSD&N) surgery [2]. Blepharitis is an inflammatory condition of the eyelid that leads to formation of chalazia both causing visual field disturbance. Bortezomib induced blepharitis has not been well reported in the literature. we present a case of 76-year-old lady with multiple myeloma who developed bortezomibinduced blepharitis and chalazia. Duplication of the ureters is a common anomaly and is frequently encountered by radiologists. Duplication may be either complete or incomplete and is often accompanied by various complications. Here, we report a case of the complete duplicated ureters with an ectopic ureteral opening in to the prostatic urethra in a male cadaver on the right side during routine educational dissection in the academic years (2017-2018) in our department of anatomy at Siddhartha medical college, Vijayawada.
